Access to the purchased course materials will be displayed on the payment confirmation page. The materials can be accessed automatically.

An email with access information to the course materials will be sent. The email is sent immediately and should be received within a few minutes. To access the materials, it will be necessary to log in by creating a username and password.

Live classes will be communicated to you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
You have 14 days to request a refund if you are not satisfied. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before your first class, you will receive 100% of the amount paid. If your first class has already been scheduled, you will receive 50%. No refunds are available after the second scheduled class or after 14 days from the date of purchase.
